On fol. A recto, right lower corner: hardly readable handwritten note referring to the contents of the enclosed documents: 'L[ivr]o dos pagamentos dos benefícios do 3o ano do [presbítero?] Francisco [...] começa em julho de 624 para 625'.
Exposed side: upper portion very poor, with stains and ink fade making contents hardly legible; lower portion generally good.
Non-exposed side in good conditions, with one line of text and music lost to the binding of the volume.
Folio A only recto visible; folio B only verso.
Two likely consecutive folios: see 'Bindings'.
Two likely consecutive folios dismembered and used as covers to a later volume. The two folios were glued together so that in the present state one side each remains hidden.
