Ar: “134”; “Dalgozo.” A label affixed to the folio reads: “N.º 5 – 6237. Tombo da Egreja de Sta Cristina d’Algozo da Pouza. Anno 1538.” Refers to the parish of Santa Cristina de Algozo da Pouza, near Barcelos, in the archdiocese of Braga.
