P-G (Guimarães) Arquivo Municipal Alfredo Pimenta 10-26-11-35
P-G 10-26-11-35
Two fragments of two antiphons belonging to the apostolic liturgy of St. James of Compostela on July 25. This Office is found also in Portuguese sources P-BRs Ms.028 and P-Ln RES.253 P. (as of November 2024).
Square notation on 5 red lines. One clef, custodes.
Only one capital initial is detected in blue ink with red filigree. Rubrics in red.
On the recto side one modern inscription in pencil reads "A-4-3-58".
On the verso side there are three library stickers with a blue stamp that read, from left to right, "1287 A-4-3-58", "Nº476" and "108". There are also two inscriptions in brown ink; on the top left one reads "Fi?ancas"; on the top right, is totally unreadable due to the dirtiness.
Fair. While the recto side is completely readable, the verso side shows dirtiness and spots, mainly in the part that was the spine of the book that the fragment used to cover. The text and the notes in that part are hardly readable. There is content loss also due to the drastic cut of the folio made in order to fit the size of the book.
One single column of text with its music. It is impossible to determine the total number of lines.
No foliation/pagination
