Five-line red staves.
Blue initials with red pen-flourishing and antennae in the Gospel pericope and the first responsory of the nocturn (fol. r1).
Paper archive labels glued on the verso side. The one on the front cover (bottom half of fol. v) reads: "Taboadelo / (S. Cipriano) / Misto / Nasc. 25/2/-1651-7/8/-1715 / Cas. 8/4/-1650-16/2/-1772 / Obt. 25/12/-1649-9/5/-1718 / N. 2"; in a more modern hand: "B-16-04-03". Archive stamp at the bottom. At the top, in a 18th-century hand: "Taboadelo / Bap. de 1651 te 1615 / Cas. de 1650 te 1772 / Def. de 1649 te 1718". Verso side of the front cover (fol. r2), in a 18th-century hand: "S Sepriano / de Taboadello / Baptizados / a fol - 1 / Cazados / [a] fol - 36 / [D]efunctos / [a] fol: - 72 / [...]; in a modern hand: "B-16-4-3".
Poor: multiple tears with loss of content.
