Decoration

Handwritten parts: Lombard initials, some of puzzle type, with framing and infilling pen-flourishing in complementary red and blue ink; monochrome secondary initials in cadel-style penwork.

Stencilled parts: simple red initials.

Inscriptions

Front flyleaf: “Commune Sanctorum per totum annum Secundum Ritum almae Bracarensis Ecclesiae hispaniarum Primatis.”

Remarks

Many substituted folios and one addition at the end (unnumbered ff. 143-145), mostly dating from the eighteenth century. Most of the former are handwritten, with a few stencilled; the latter are stencilled.
