Originally, about 6 to 8 lines of text and music. Currently only four remain.
Condition of document: 
Exposed folio very poor: right side of the folio fallen apart, with only about a small portion surviving; left side in better condition, with some dirtiness towards the central region of the volume spine. Non-exposed folio in good conservation state, but only about half of the three lines' contents still visible, the rest being hidden by the binding.
Bindings: 
Two likely consecutive folios dismembered and used as covers to a later volume. The two folios were glued together so that in the present state one side each remains hidden.
Decoration: 
One taller initial 'A' partially remaining, the upper half lost to trimming. Letter ink faded, only the filigree still visibile..
Inscriptions: 

Handwritten notes on the right side of the reproduction, illegible in their current state due to exposure and deterioration.
