Page layout:
MM 1063 (1): c. 320 x c. 35; writing area c. 295 x c. 35. MM 1063 (2): c. 40 x c. 295; two columns c. 40 x c. 110. MM 1063 (3): 43 x 240; writing area 42 x 151. MM 1063 (4): 234 x 50; writing area 130 x 45. MM 1063 (6): 176 x 50; writing area 128 x 40.
Condition of document:
Badly damaged. Just vertical and horizontal stripes survive (vertical for MM 1063 [1], [4] and [6] and horizontal for MM 1063 [2] and [3]), causing severe loss of contents.
Decoration:
Plain capital on blue (MM 1063 [2]). Initial on red, with filigree decorations on blue (MM 1063 [3]). Slightly decorated initials on brown or on brown and red.
Remarks:

Fragments (2) and (4) seem to share same writing hand. Each of the remaining fragments — (1), (3) and (6) — may be due to a different writing hand.
Due to severe loss of contents, all chants are only partially contained; chants in fragments (1) and (4) are unidentifiable; chants on right column of the verso side of fragment (2) are unidentifiable, as are the second chant on the [a] side of fragment (3) and the item on the [b] side of the same fragment.

Description of the notation:

Southern variety of square notation over tetragram. Fragment (2) presents liquescent tones.
