There are only parts of one chant. This chant can be used in multiple occasions.
Square notation on 5 red lines. One clef. It is impossible to see any custos.
Absent.
On the recto side: a modern "264" in red pencil; in pencil a modern inscription reads "Palme mostrador"; another inscription in black ink reads "Compendio do Tombo (...)fencias"; one last inscription in brown ink reads "Livro do deposito do anno q corre de (...) sendo dom Abb o Rv pc fr (...) pinto". A white library sticker reads "A.D.B. CONV. E MOST. PALME 86".
Bad. The fragment is damaged and has been torn in many parts, cut and folded. It was probably used as a book cover. There are also many spots and dirtiness, mainly on the recto side.
It is impossible to say. There are only one and a half lines of music and two lines of text. The fragment appears to include the lower margin of the page.
