This book has some additions: ff. 1-3, 29-32, 33-38, 168-169, 170r, 172v-173, 173v-174, 174v-175.
Folio 170 was glued over another book folio (which retains the original roman numbering).
Folio 125v has a polyphonic version for 4 voices in fauxbourdon and mensural notation of the antiphon "Salve Regina".
