This single-page folio fragment contains some chants for the office for Laurentii. The collation with the other sources currently indexed in PEM and, more widely, in Cantus Index has showed that the chants in the fragment can be found in the same liturgical order in P-BRs Ms. 28, fols. 143r-145r. Despite some occasional concordances with the offices for Laurentii in E-Tc 44.1 and 44.2, the comparison did not show the same degree of similarity as with P-BRs Ms. 28.

Foliation/Pagination:
Absent
Page layout:
One full-page column.
Condition of document:
Single folio fragment used as book cover.
Description of the notation:

Small-medium size neumes. The axis of the notation is vertical. The fragment is in such a poor condition that it is not possible to clarify if custodes were originally written or not. The lozenge is used consistently either in isolation or as part of compound neumes (either ascending or descending melodic patterns). The difference between a lozenge and a more or less square punctum is usually clearly defined, however, in few instances the lozenge looks like a tilted puctum.
