A hole in the parchment mutilates the rubric following the invitatory. Only the final words of the rubric remain "Sicut in die [penthecostes]". 

The sense however should not be much different from that of the relative rubric in P-BRs Ms. 32 for the same chant at the same place: "Infra octavas quotidie ad omnes horas nocturnas et diurnas hymni antiphonae psalmi versi capitula responsoria brevia cum versi dicantur sicut in die penthecostes".
