Notes

The continuation of the litany is missing. In fact, further verses are implied by the second and third rubrics: "Só coro R/. / sempre / Kyrielei[son] / ut supra"; "Sempre o choro responde Kyrieleyson ut / supra", meaning that the choir always responds to the verses with the initial Kyrie. The heading assigns the chant to two canons, "Hos dous conegos" — or, in RM 13, "Hos conegos. Ambos" —, not to the choir. This corresponds to the Braga Missal of 1498, which gives only the Kyrie incipit but requires it to be initiated by two singers.
