This version presents text variant at the end of the verse: "super omnes deos", probably influenced by other chant genres The modern liturgical book references are given for the more common version "super omnem terram". The mode is imperfect authentic of Gsolreut (7th) because the diathesaron is not reached (only a semiditonus). The verse from "magnus" onwards provides a very interesting example on how to apply the accidental rules of plainchant.
