Folio A: Black or red initials. Folio B: Red and brown initials, some with simple decorative designs; rubrics in red.
Formerly cover of the Tombo da Comenda do Salvador de Vila Pouca de Aguiar (of 1560). Vila Pouca de Aguiar is located ca 90 km east of Braga. The fragment is formed by two leaves from two different manuscripts and now stitched together. Folio A is a fragment of an Antiphoner; it is severely mutilated and mended with parchment. Folio B comes from a Missal and it is faded in many points. Folio B has a red line for notation, while the red line is scarcely visible on folio A.

Fol. Ar: two columns which measure ca 245 x 95-100. The right column is mutilated by a cut along the vertical edge.
Fol. Av: two columns which measure ca 242-245 x 95-98. The left column is mutilated by a cut along the vertical edge.
Missal fragment folio B: 303-308 x 207-227.
Fol. Br: two columns which measure c. 282 x 86. The right column is mutilated by a cut along the vertical edge.
Fol. Bv: two columns which measure c. 285 x 85-90. The left column is mutilated by a cut along the vertical edge.
