Square notation over a 5-line red staff with C and F clefs. Semi-mensural notation in the invitatory (fol. 7v).
Decoration
Red, and blue flourished initials. Black cadelled initials.
Inscriptions
The initial guard-leaf, 1r, possibly reads "Joze P J", and "Livor (?) nosso ja com [?]".

Condition of document
Good condition. Last parchment folio mutilated. Binding damaged with signs of use. Trimmed folios with loss of contents.

Foliation/Pagination
Old, but not original foliation in Arabic numerals from 1 to 141. Folio 90 is missing.

Tooled leather over wooden boards; brass furniture.
