Black square notation on 5 red lines.
Red initial with white contour, within a red and white square frame. The frame is filled with vegetation design and has two birds (f. 1r).
Initials are coloured in red and blue with a jagged swirl-like white line ('puzzle initials').
Red or blue initials with red and/or blue filigree designs. Black initials with cadel decoration. Rubrics in red.

Fair. Some folios are missing. There are folios with some damage (see ff. 42v-43r).
Some margins were cutted or patched without the loss of content.
194 folios. Roman numerals from 1 to 143, 177 to 192 and 194.
Folios without numbering between ff. 66-67. Three added folios between ff. 143-177, cutting the last antiphon at folio 143v, that will end in the folio named 144r. The foliation continues from 177, either there are folios missing, these are additions from other book, or scribe error.
The folios 1 and 194 are latter additions.
Leather over boards.
This book is the last one from a set, together with Ms. 9, 10, 11 and 23.
