Square and semi-mensural notation on a 5-line red staff with C and F clefs indicated.
Decoration
Decorated capitals in gold, blue and red; the most elaborated is the one on folio 1v, an capital "R" with a frame in blue, gold and red.
Blue and red initials with phytomorphic motifs. Black cadels initials. Rubrics in red.
Inscriptions
Index added on folio 256v.

Good; first folios slightly damaged with some holes and stains. Bindings with signs of use.
